3. Lifetime INDIVIDUAL Membership (non-transferrable)
One-time payment entitles a member to all benefits of membership during their lifetime. Non-transferrable. Life Memberships are calculated as 15 x the current "Individual" membership price.

4. Lifetime FAMILY Membership
One-time payment entitles a family [two members living at one residence] to all benefits of membership during their lifetime. Non-transferrable. Life Memberships are calculated as 15 x the current annual membership price.

5. Institutional Membership
For libraries, archives, schools, etc. No access to "Members Only" section. Publications sent by postal mail.
